(졸업/제적생, 퇴직교직원 대상) Office365 계정 삭제 관련 안내

2025. 9. 8 기준 졸업생/제적생 및 퇴직 교직원 분들께 공지사항 알려드립니다.

졸업생/제적생 및 퇴직 교직원에 대한 Office 365 서비스가 종료됩니다. 이에 아래와 같이 주요 일정 및 내용 전달해 드리오니, 기한 내 데이터 백업 받으시기 바랍니다.

1. 서비스 종료 대상자

졸업생/제적생 전체, 퇴직 교직원 전체

2. 주요 일정

2025년 9월 1일 ~ 9월 30일 – 신분 변동 요청 및 전환, 데이터 백업 기한

2025년 10월 1일 – 계정 잠금

2025년 11월 1일 – 계정 삭제

3. 참고 사항

해당사항은 연세메일(메일주소가 @yonsei.ac.kr 끝나는 경우) 정책과는 무관합니다.

- OneDrive 및 o365(메일주소가 @o365.yonsei.ac.kr 로 끝나는 경우) 메일,

Sharepoint 데이터 백업후 용량 비워주시기 바랍니다.

Sharepoint 사이트 소유자이신 경우 권한을 다른 구성원에게 위임하여 주시기 바랍니다.

- 서비스 종료 후 계정이 삭제되면 복구 불가능합니다.

9월 학기 시작 이후 신규 입학, 교직원 전환 등 신분 변동시 변동된 학번/교직번과 계정 정보를 아래 문의처로 알려주시면, 기존 계정과 연동해드립니다. 단, onedrive 용량이 1G 초과하는 경우 용량을 비워주셔야 연동 가능합니다. 

윈도우 로그인을 o365 계정으로 사용하시는 경우, 9월 30일까지 로컬 및 다른 계정으로 전환해주시기 바랍니다. 계정 잠금 이후에는 윈도우에 로그인할 수 없습니다.

첨부된 매뉴얼을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Notice on Office 365 Service Termination

This is a notice from Yonsei University Information and Communication Office for Retired faculty and staff, Expelled and graduated students.

Office 365 service for Retired faculty/staff and expelled and graduated students will be retired and no longer provide as before. We would like to share the key details below for your reference and usage.

1. Applicable Subject

Retired faculty and staff/ Expelled, expected to graduated, Graduated, and Alumni

2. Schedule

October 1. 2025 - Accounts of expected to graduated/expelled students, and retired faculty and staff members will be locked

November 1. 2025 - Accounts of expected to graduated/expelled students, and retired faculty and staff members will be deleted (cannot be recovered)

3. Kindly request the following

This is unrelated to the Yonsei email policy (@yonsei.ac.kr).

- Please ensure that a backup of your OneDrive, O365 email (@o365.yonsei.ac.kr), and SharePoint data is completed.

If you are the owner of a SharePoint site, please assign or delegate permissions to other members.

- Data cannot be recovered once your account is deleted.

If there is a change in your status, such as a new recruitment in September or a transfer of faculty or staff, please notify us of the changed student/teacher number and account information to the contact information below and we will connect you to your existing account.

If you are using an o365 account to log in to Windows, please switch to a local or another account by September 30. After the account is locked, you will no longer be able to log in to Windows.
